As Business Process & IT Consultant IOT (Track & Trace) you are the bridge between business and IT. You have a central role in which you apply IOT-applications to support several aspects of our daily operations. This includes resolving problems with the applications as well as imrpoving processes and application functionality.

The Business Process & IT Consultant IOT (Track & Trace) collaborates closely with business owners, epic owners and imporant end users and colleagues within other IT teams to realise the best possible service for our activities. You enjoy switching between daily operational assistance and long term improvement of IOT, specifically Track & Trace Applications. You are analytical and able to use your analytical skills to solve complicated technical issues, have great interpersonal skills and thrive in a dynamic and quickly changing environment. As Business Process & IT Consultant IOT (Track & Trace) you are part of the CoE Commercial waste team and report to the Fleet and Specials Team Lead.

What will you do as Business Process & IT Consultant?

As Business Process & IT Consultant IOT (Track & Trace) you have several responsibilities to ensure that applications are running, used optimally and comply with organization standards. Some of these responsibilities include:

• Main point of contact between our organisation and suppliers of our applications. Together with our suppliers you work on optimizing the application's functionality.
• You collaborate with business owners, epic owners and other internal stakeholders to validate requirements and acceptance criteria.
• You operate as second line support for end users with subject matter related questions about the applications in your domain.
• You are responsible for developing alternative solutions and determining the impact in line with the intended enterprise architecture.
• You are a key sparring partner for the enterprise architect. Additionally, you frequently coordinate and coach domain architects.
• You oversee the execution of system and process modifications and evaluate the results to ensure the desired improvements are achieved.
• In summary, as a Business Process & IT Consultant IoT (Track & Trace), you play a crucial role in managing, optimizing, and supporting business applications, ensuring effective utilization and achieving the desired results for the organization.

What do you bring with you?

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
• You have a background as a Tech Lead or Lead Developer, which gives you in-depth knowledge of the domain.
• Experience with Agile work, an ITIL background, and experience in life-cycle management.
• Several years of work experience as an application specialist focused on IoT, initially focused on track & trace; technology, sensors, infrastructure, platforms, and reporting?
• Are you proficient in communication in Dutch and English, and if you also speak French, that is a plus.
• Knowledge of Azure is preferred.
  Hardware, infrastructure, platforms, and reporting instead of what is currently stated.
• Experience with waste management is a plus.
• Knowledge of subjects such as e-commerce, chatbots, IAM, and web analytics is a plus.
• You have experience working in complex IT landscapes that are in transition.

Where will you end up?

You report to the Director of CoE Waste Management, who is part of the IT Leadership team. The current team consists of 3 Platform Leads, 3 Project Managers, and 2 Scrum Masters. In addition to being a team member, you will be an important sparring partner for both the Renewi Product Owners and the consultants from the implementation partner.
