Group Leadership Communications Manager

Group Leadership Communications Manager

32 – 40 hours

Work location to be discussed, focus on Eindhoven

In this challenging role, you are responsible for all internal communications from within the overall Renewi Group. You are the communications and sparring partner for our Group Leaders and proactively advise on all group communications. Thanks to your efforts, our employees understand Renewi’ s direction and choices and continue to feel involved in our organisation. To do so, you will work closely with all of the Group Leaders. You are familiar with and underline the importance of interactive leadership communication and are eager to work on this; you will bring our employees and leadership even closer together! You will report to the Head of Internal Communications and are would be part of our Group Communications team.

Your profile:
You are an inspiring communications professional, with courage and persuasiveness. You are used to operating in a large organisation where you work on behalf of the leadership team. You like trying new things and are not afraid to come up with ideas and advice in order to achieve results and improvements together with our Group Leaders. In addition:

  • You have at least a bachelor degree.
  • You have solid internal communication work experience, ideally 5 years as a minimum, In order to understand our organisation faster and to be able to deal well with matrix stakeholder management, it is our strong preference that you have gained this experience within a matrix organisation.
  • You are a solid personality, result-oriented, structured, independent, with integrity and a good sense of relationships.
  • You are a relationship builder who knows what is happening on the work floor, you are approachable, accessible and curious.
  • You have excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably native. You can also express yourself in Dutch, but for your professional level you can lean on the other colleagues in the team for producing/checking your Dutch work.
