All these vacancies are open for referrals. If your friend, partner, acquaintance or family member could be a good match for a specific vacancy, you can encourage them to apply via our website. During the application, they must indicate which Renewi employee referred them. Once there is a match and your friend, partner, acquaintance or family member is hired, you are eligible for a gross bonus of €750,-
As a Renewi employee, you must request the bonus yourself in Workday. Use the following search term in the search bar: Request one-time payment for myself.
If the referred new employee remains employed for more than 6 months, you will receive an additional gross €750. A win-win situation where the Renewi team grows stronger and you earn a nice extra reward!
Terms and conditions
• We trust our employees and their commitment and intention to refer a new colleague. We therefore expect everyone to comply with the rules. If it turns out (afterwards) that this is not the case, we reserve the right to reclaim the paid bonus from the employee. The new employee must apply directly to Renewi and indicate which Renewi employee referred them;• The employee then joins Renewi, whether or not after a temporary assignment via an agency;
• The bonus will not be granted if someone is hired/offered via a third party (for example an agency, recruitment agency, etc.).
Referral bonus
The referral bonus is paid in two parts:1. At the start of employment of the new colleague: €750 gross;
2. If the new colleague is still employed at Renewi after 6 months: €750 gross.
