Focused on development and growth. From recruitment to leadership development, this team is building a learning culture where colleagues realise their potential.

• Total Rewards
For a fair and transparent employment conditions policy. This team develops everything around salary, bonuses, pension and other schemes.

• Labour & Employee Relations
Specialising in industrial relations, employee participation and collective bargaining processes. They ensure that as an employer, we stay in balance with legislation and employee interests.

• Culture & Change
Change is a constant. This team supervises restructuring, culture projects and transformations - always with an eye for people and organisation.
