A Strong data organisation led by Veronique Boudin 

Our new Data organisation brings together several data-driven teams, all working under the leadership of Veronique Boudin. As Head of Digital Foundation & Data, Veronique plays a key role in shaping and executing this initiative. She not only manages the technical Azure platform but also leads the broader strategic approach to data usage across Renewi.  

“It’s not just about the technical side of data,” Veronique explains. “It’s also about building trust in data and using it effectively to create real value for the business. We have six closely collaborating teams ensuring that data is not only collected but also turned into insights and value, enabling strategic decision-making.”
