Health (H): Promoting and protecting the health and well-being of employees and other stakeholders.
Environment (E): Managing and minimising the environmental impact of our operations, including efficient use of raw materials and waste reduction.
Quality (Q): Ensuring consistent quality of products and services, in line with customer and legal requirements.
The SHEQ department achieves its mission through various activities, including: developing and implementing SHEQ policies, standards and procedures, conducting risk analysis and hazard identification, providing training on SHEQ topics, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, monitoring and auditing SHEQ performance and promoting a positive SHEQ culture within the organisation.
