Your traineeship at Renewi: how does it work?
Every year, a new group of Renewi trainees starts, each in their own area of expertise. From engineering or operations to HR, IT or sustainability. You form a learning group together and receive training, coaching and intervention sessions to learn from each other and from experienced Renewi professionals.You will also work in different locations and on various projects. You will get to know the organisation broadly, build a valuable network and discover where your strengths are at their best.
What to expect:
• A tailor-made traineeship: no standard programme, but a path tailored to your talents, interests and ambitions.• Variety: you will rotate in different departments or projects within your area of expertise.
• Impact: you participate in making processes more sustainable and improving performance within Renewi.
