HR Data Business Analyst

Full-time | Eindhoven, Lommel or Amersfoort | Hybrid

As an HR Data Business Analyst, you will work closely with HR stakeholders (e.g. HR Operations, Talent, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) and other business teams. You will translate business questions into data requirements, define KPIs, and ensure insights are accessible, reliable, and aligned with strategic HR objectives.

What will you do?

  • Act as the primary liaison between HR stakeholders and the data & analytics teams;
  • Translate HR business needs into clear data requirements, KPIs, and analytical use cases;
  • Analyze HR data across topics such as workforce planning, absenteeism, attrition, performance, diversity & inclusion, and talent development;
  • Design, validate, and maintain HR dashboards and reports (e.g. in Power BI) to support data-driven HR decisions;
  • Interpret insights and translate them into clear recommendations for HR and leadership;
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and correct interpretation of HR data in collaboration with data engineers and governance teams;
  • Contribute to HR data governance, definitions, and documentation;
  • Support change management by increasing data literacy within HR teams;
  • Present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, HR, Information Management, or a related field;
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably with HR or people-related data;
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI);
  • Experience translating business questions into data models, KPIs, and insights;
  • Affinity with HR processes and employee lifecycle topics;
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment;
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
