Finance Business Partner - E-Waste (Site Controller)
Full-Time | Location: Lesquin, France

At Renewi, we are transforming our finance function under the One Finance program—bringing together people, processes and expertise into one unified way of working. As Finance Business Partner for our E-Waste site in Lesquin you will work closely with site management to drive performance, challenge decisions, and ensure sound financial control.

What you’ll be doing

• Take ownership of financial planning: You’ll manage the annual budget, half-year forecasts and regular updates, tailored to the local site’s operational reality.
• Act as a true business partner: Work hand-in-hand with the Site Manager and operational teams to monitor performance, understand cost drivers and identify improvement opportunities.
• Be the go-to financial expert on site: Lead monthly closings, analyse results, and connect daily operations to broader financial goals.
• Challenge and support decisions: Review business cases, investments and tenders. Ask the right questions, offer data-backed insights, and guide smart choices.
• Link KPIs to actions: Make performance transparent through clear dashboards and financial storytelling, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance and control: Monitor key controls, risk exposure, and ensure all reporting is timely, accurate and aligned with group policies.
  

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in a manufacturing, logistics or operational environment.
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business or similar.
  Hands-on mentality with a solid grasp of numbers, systems, and business dynamics.
• Comfortable communicating in both French and English (Dutch is a plus).
  Strong interpersonal skills: collaborative, approachable, yet assertive when needed.
