IT Service Management Engineer

As an IT Service Management Engineer within our team, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformations, proactively contributing to Renewi's evolution. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our IT organization, tackling challenges across multiple domains and delivering prioritized solutions which enable our IT teams to fulfill their work efficiently and effectively.
As Renewi embraces Agile methodologies, and the IT organization is Renewi’s digital enabler and service partner, your focus as an IT Service Management Engineer will be on improving the way we develop and maintain software solutions that meet business needs while sticking to your extensive technical knowledge. You will play a key role in enhancing IT maturity through , set-up automated testing, create end-user friendly IT-services (ITSM) and much more to drive continuous improvement and innovation in software development and maintenance processes.
What will you do?
- Facilitate cross functional collaboration and engagement.
- Adopt an agile software development methodology.
- Maintaining and developing ServiceNow.
- Develop and maintain log monitoring (Elastic Search or Azure monitoring).
- Implement and manage automated testing tools through your experience with (E2E) testing .
What do we ask of you?
- Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field or working experience equal to this level.
- Extensive experience with ITSM tool(s).
- Experience and/ or affinity with Agile way of working.
- You are proficient in communication in English and preferably also Dutch.
- You can tackle complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.

- A salary between €4.000,00 - €6.200,00 gross per month depending on experience.
