Senior Pricing Analyst
Full-time | Eindhoven (hybrid) | €1.3 Billion Revenue
At Renewi, we turn waste into new value. As we accelerate our transformation in Revenue Management, we’re looking for a data-driven Senior Pricing Analyst who strengthens how we price, manage, and grow value across our markets.
In this role, you will provide critical analytical support to develop and refine pricing strategies that align with Renewi’s commercial objectives. You will focus on building data-driven insights into pricing performance, customer behavior, and market dynamics to enable smarter decision-making. Your work will help optimize pricing structures, monitor portfolio profitability, and support governance around pricing and product lifecycle management.
Your mission:
Shape Data-Driven Pricing Decisions
- Build and refine pricing strategies across customer segments and product lines.
- Analyse customer behaviour, price elasticity, cost-to-serve and competitive dynamics.
- Develop value-based and segmented pricing frameworks that balance growth and margin.
Deliver insights and optimize performance
- Build dashboards and pricing KPIs with Finance & Data teams.
- Monitor pricing performance, validate ROI and model scenarios.
- Provide actionable insights that guide forecasting, portfolio optimisation and margin improvement.
Collaborate and Enable Commercial Success
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to translate insights into practical pricing recommendations.
- Strengthen pricing governance and help embed a data-driven pricing mindset.
- Influence decisions through sharp analysis — no people management but you influence decisions through clear analysis and strong business acumen.
What you bring:
- Analytical and Insight-Driven: You have a strong ability to translate complex data and market insights into clear, actionable recommendations. You are comfortable with pricing tools, margin analysis, and value-based pricing models that enable smarter decision-making.
- Financial and Commercial Acumen: You understand cost structures and the P&L impact of pricing decisions. You can model scenarios and assess profitability drivers in a complex B2B or industrial services environment. Experience in revenue management or commercial analytics is a strong advantage.
- Collaborative and Influential: You work effectively across functions, engaging stakeholders with clear, data-driven insights. While not a change leader, you influence decisions through strong analysis and communication, helping teams align around pricing priorities.
- Customer and Market Orientation: You balance internal financial considerations with a clear view of customer value, price sensitivity, and competitive positioning to support commercially sound recommendations.
- Strong Communicator: You present insights clearly to commercial teams and management, guiding them through pricing decisions. You share knowledge and best practices, contributing to a culture of data-driven pricing.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar.
- 3–5 years experience in pricing, revenue management or commercial analytics (B2B preferred).
- Your toolkit includes advanced Excel skills and proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Experience with pricing and revenue optimization platforms (e.g., Vendavo, PROS, Pricefx) is a plus. You have working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) and understand their role in product and pricing data flows.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
