As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of Coolrec. This role combines strategic insights, performance monitoring, and hands-on support to ensure our financial operations align with company policies and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budget Management: Lead the Annual and Half-Year Budget process, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Strategic Partnership: Serve as a key Business Partner across functions, driving collaboration and alignment.
• Operational Excellence: Champion best practices in finance, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze month-end results, manage reporting for logistics, and connect KPIs to financial performance.
• Forecasting: Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, providing crucial insights for tenders, cost prices, and cost structures.
• Decision Support: Review business cases, offer strategic feedback, and execute key financial controls.

Your Profile:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
