Group Financial Reporting & Consolidation Specialist (fulltime)

Based in Eindhoven, Rotterdam or Amersfoort, occasional visits to Lommel - hybrid

As our new Junior Group Financial Reporting & Consolidation Specialist, you’ll dive deep into the world of IFRS and multinational consolidation. Your role

You will support the preparation of consolidated financial statements, monthly closings, and reporting deliverables. Together with senior colleagues, you’ll tackle the details that make the difference—whether it’s validating data, preparing analysis, or supporting audit requests. You’ll quickly build knowledge of IFRS and consolidation processes, while collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Treasury, Sustainability, and Operations.

What you will do

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
Analyze and reconcile subsidiary submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Support coordination of audit deliverables with our external auditor (Big Four).
Contribute to maintaining the Group Accounting Manual by gathering input and drafting updates.
Work with GL accounting and controllers to improve reporting processes and data quality.
Take ownership of detailed tasks, data checks, and system inputs.
Help prepare financial analysis and commentary for management and Board reporting.
Join initiatives to improve processes, automation, and consolidation tools (e.g. OneStream).
Collaborate across teams and with external auditors, helping ensure clarity and consistency.

What you bring

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA/RA/Chartered Accountant in progress (or ambition to start).
3-5 years of experience in audit or financial reporting (Big Four or equivalent preferred).
Solid foundation in IFRS and eagerness to build expertise in complex areas.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Collaborative team player who enjoys cross-functional teamwork.
Experience with consolidation systems (OneStream or similar) is a plus.
Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage but not required.
