Maintenance Manager

NL/BE Hybride

You will work on further shaping the strategic maintenance policy for Renewi's processing sites in The Netherlands and Belgium. This is done in the context of changing market conditions and regulations. You will lead the preventive and reactive maintenance activities, holding the maintenance operating budget and the capital & lifecycle budget to drive financial savings through efficiency initiatives.

You are used to serve multiple sites and you want to be there where your maintenance activities are, so you are willing to visit our sites on regular bases. You will develop and implement robust maintenance systems to support reliable decision making in relation to spend and maintenance schedules.

Your key responsibilities:

• Is responsible for the optimal utilization of available work equipment, ASIs, and Trucks.
• Operationally fulfills and adheres to maintenance commitments in collaboration with Operational Maintenance Managers, thereby ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Initiates and optimizes improvements in the areas of quality, productivity, costs, and the deployment of equipment and personnel (continuous improvement).
• Develop strategic view on maintenance
• Integrating systems on all sites.
• Implement one way of working.
• Responsible for training plan & inspection plan
• Identify under-performing assets for evaluation, identify potential business improvement projects and assist in the preparation of business case papers.

What do you bring with you?

• Degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role within multiple sites.
• Proven track record in the implementation of robust PPM & TPM maintenance systems.
• Experience in the development of a maintenance strategy across multiple sites, incorporating, stores and stock management, equipment safety, servicing breakdown and lifecycle replacement.
• Your drive, passion and ambition ensure you will succeed in what you do.
