As our Sustainability Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for tracking all our sustainability data and leading the sustainability reporting process within the Specialties division, focusing primarily on Mineralz & Water. This includes our full carbon footprint and other sustainability KPIs such as recycling rates and carbon avoidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track all sustainability data within the division and own our carbon footprint reporting methodology.
- Collect and report data (building a dashboard) to map recycling rates, GHG emissions, and later water and biodiversity.
- Lead the implementation of a new reporting tool and keep it up to date.
- Manage alignment on key metrics and calculate their impact on strategic choices.
- Support sustainability audits, accreditations, and ESG ratings (e.g., FTSE4Good, CO2-prestatieladder).
- Assist Financial colleagues with respect to CSRD.

Your Team:
This position reports directly to the Engineering & Product Development Manager within the Specialties M&W Division and functionally to our Group Sustainability Manager.
Your Profile:
We seek a new colleague with experience in Sustainability KPIs. You are curious, proactive, and enjoy getting to the bottom of things. You are open-minded, cooperative, and bring ideas and suggestions proactively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental management, or sustainability. Degree in business, economics or finance is optional when affinity with industrial processes can be proven.
- 2+ years of work experience in corporate sustainability, sustainability & climate reporting, finance, sustainable finance, and/or ESG data & analytics.
- Logical thinker with the energy, passion, and resilience to support a sustainability reporting and improvement program.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report writing skills.
- Strong knowledge of computer software applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Power BI); experience with programming languages like Python or SQL is a plus.
- Hands-on with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders in an international collaborative team environment.
- Team player, able to work with professionals from different disciplines and cultural backgrounds, while capable of operating independently.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken/written).
