To support this journey, we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for our central Functions, including Finance, Legal, Transformation Office and Procurement.

Your impact:

As Senior HR Business Partner, you partner with Directors and Executive members to translate business priorities into a focused and actionable people agenda. You combine strategic insight with a pragmatic, project-based approach, and are able to translate complex organisational challenges into practical solutions.

You will:

Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to Directors and Executives members
Translate business priorities into a clear and actionable people strategy
Lead and support organisational change, transformation initiatives, and HR projects
Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent development
Manage complex HR topics including employee relations and Works Council processes
Strengthen leadership capability and performance management
Work closely with HR Centres of Expertise (Talent, Reward, L&D, HR Operations) to deliver integrated solutions

Who you are:

You are a senior HR professional with strong business acumen and experience in complex organisational environments. You combine credibility and executive presence with pragmatism and hands-on delivery.

You bring:

8–12 years of experience in HR Business Partner roles in complex organisations
Proven experience supporting organisational transformation and change initiatives
Experience managing employee relations and Works Council processes
Strong project management capabilities and structured approach
Curiosity, integrity, and the ability to ask the right questions in complex situations
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and challenge constructively at senior level
Fluency in Dutch and English
