Partner with senior leadership to drive organisational change and strengthen the people agenda behind Renewi’s circular business.

Senior HR Business Partner – Finance, Legal, Transformation Office and Procurement

Full-time | Hybrid | Amersfoort

To support this journey, we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for our central Functions, including Finance, Legal, Transformation Office and Procurement.

Your impact:

As Senior HR Business Partner, you partner with Directors and Executive members to translate business priorities into a focused and actionable people agenda. You combine strategic insight with a pragmatic, project-based approach, and are able to translate complex organisational challenges into practical solutions.

You will:

  • Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to Directors and Executives members
  • Translate business priorities into a clear and actionable people strategy
  • Lead and support organisational change, transformation initiatives, and HR projects
  • Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent development
  • Manage complex HR topics including employee relations and Works Council processes
  • Strengthen leadership capability and performance management
  • Work closely with HR Centres of Expertise (Talent, Reward, L&D, HR Operations) to deliver integrated solutions

Who you are:

You are a senior HR professional with strong business acumen and experience in complex organisational environments. You combine credibility and executive presence with pragmatism and hands-on delivery.

You bring:

  • 8–12 years of experience in HR Business Partner roles in complex organisations
  • Proven experience supporting organisational transformation and change initiatives
  • Experience managing employee relations and Works Council processes
  • Strong project management capabilities and structured approach
  • Curiosity, integrity, and the ability to ask the right questions in complex situations
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and challenge constructively at senior level
  • Fluency in Dutch and English
