Are you an IT professional with a deep knowledge of Data Centre & Cloud solutions? Do you have extensive experience with cloud technologies and IT service management? If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy optimizing IT services to enhance operational efficiency, this role is for you.

As Service Manager Data Centre & Cloud, you will be responsible for ensuring stable, secure, and efficient data centre and cloud services. You will manage IT services, oversee cloud infrastructure, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to drive continuous improvement. With your expertise in cloud platforms, virtualization, networking, and security, you will play a key role in optimizing IT environments and supporting cloud adoption.

Your Responsibilities

Ensure a stable and secure Data Centre & Cloud environment using modern technologies.
Oversee IT service delivery following ITIL principles, managing incidents, problems, and changes.
Manage and coordinate external vendors to ensure high-quality cloud and data centre support.
Improve service performance and drive adoption of new cloud technologies.
Ensure security and compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on technological advancements and contribute to the cloud strategy.

What do we ask of you?

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least five years of experience in IT Service Management or Data Centre & Cloud Management.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management processes.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, and networking.
Experience with infrastructure security and compliance in a hybrid cloud environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in vendor and contract management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with different stakeholders.

A salary between (€4.800 – €6.400) gross per month depending on experience.
