At Renewi E-waste we’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven Supervisor Operations who thrives in a fast-paced production environment, has a sharp eye for safety, a talent for people management, and is passionate about driving continuous improvement.

Supervisor Operations - Waalwijk, fulltime

As our new Supervisor Operations, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our E-waste recycling site in Waalwijk. Together with two shift leaders and a team of about 22 colleagues, you’ll keep the process running smoothly – safely, efficiently, and with a constant eye for improvement.

You will focus on:

• Increasing process productivity by standardizing processes, eliminating bottlenecks, and continuously improving efficiency, quality, and performance.
• Strengthening team collaboration and ensuring continuous development of the team.
• Drive a safety-first culture on site

Your mission:

• Champion safety, ensure safe working conditions and strict adherence to all safety protocols.
• Strong leadership to coach and inspire your team on the shop floor with a strong people-first mindset.
• Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement smart, effective solutions.
• Monitor daily production performance and ensure optimal use of resources and systems.
• Collaborate with other departments and contribute ideas to improve production processes.
• Create a strong, supportive team environment that values open communication and development.

What do you Bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field – Chemical Engineering is a strong plus.
• Hands-on mentality: you like being on-site and close to the process.
• Natural way with people – you enjoy coaching, guiding, and motivating others.
• Aanalytical mind and a keen eye for detail – especially when it comes to process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Most importantly: curiosity, ambition, and the drive to keep learning.

Our procedure

• CV selection and first screening calls: May 7th, 8th and 9th
• First interviews, on site in Waalwijk Monday 12th of May
• Second interviews on site in Waalwijk with a selection of senior management on Monday 19th May. We will combine this interview round with a site tour in Waalwijk.
• Offer before the end of May so you can join us from July 2025 or earlier when possible.
