For me, it’s not about “the star” itself, but about the sky in which that star can appear. A rising star never shines alone. A star becomes visible because there is space, because there is light around it, because the environment makes it possible to shine.
And that is exactly what Maltha feels like. I’m able to grow because I work every day in a culture where trust isn’t the exception but the standard. Where colleagues guide you, challenge you, correct you and support you. Where you’re allowed to make mistakes without being judged, and where taking initiative is seen as something positive, not something risky.
If I am a rising star, it’s because Maltha provides the stage, the oxygen and the direction. Because I’m surrounded by people who share their knowledge, who let me think along, who let me try, who let me fall and get back up again.
A star never shines in the dark and at Maltha, it’s never dark.
That’s why this award feels, above all, like a compliment to our culture. To the way we collaborate, learn, improve and strengthen one another.
I carry it with pride, but even more with gratitude.
Because a rising star doesn’t emerge from talent alone it emerges from an environment that makes growth possible. And that is exactly what Maltha does.
