Gary - Financial Planning & Analysis

I have been with Renewi for 21 years and I have seen lots of change in my time. I started out as a driver transferring containers to landfill. We were only recycling and diverting around 12% then, whereas since November 2018 we have been recycling and diverting 99.9%. In my own career, I have moved up through the business and have been given the ability to progress to where I am today. I am proof that if you show initiative and you work hard, this is a company that will enable you to progress and grow with it. I am heavily involved on a day-to-day basis in strategic business decisions and I feel empowered to give my opinion and help drive decisions. I am proud to work here and I am thankful to have been given the opportunities I have by the business. I’m lucky to work with a great team who all pull together every day to overcome any challenges.
