Our subsidiary Coolrec uses innovative systems including mechanical to chemical separation techniques to sort plastics into different streams. No matter the complexity of the waste, we can track up to 14 types of plastics and maximise the output of secondary raw materials by safely processing hazardous polymers that would otherwise be incinerated. The resulting output, named Coolstar, are plastic granulates divided by colour and properties that posses the same quality as virgin plastics. They have been produced,
however, with a lower CO2 footprint.
