HR Business Partners

The HR Business Partner acts as an advisor and sparring partner for their work area, this can be within divisions or at Group level. With their passion for HR, they contribute to the further development of the organisation and HR policy, translating it into daily practice and coaching and advising managers. HR topics include engagement, the assessment cycle, leadership programmes, inflow, outflow, and workforce planning, with change management skills becoming increasingly important. They also work closely with our HR specialists (Centre of Excellence) at Renewi Group in absence management, talent development, recruitment, compensation & benefits and with our Shared Service Centre.

 

COE Talent and Learning

Talent Acquisition

The Talent Acquisition Team deals with attracting, selecting, and filling vacancies within Renewi. They have initial contact with new colleagues, who can tell them all about their employers. Besides contacting candidates, the recruiters also work closely with managers and HR colleagues to ensure successful matches between candidates and the various positions.

Learning & Development

The Learning & Development team is busy building the competences in our organisation that help our colleagues make even more of an impact. Besides developing competency frameworks, development programmes, our L&D Specialists are also the point of contact for our divisions where they carry out hands-on L&D activities for and, of course, engage in mandatory necessary training.

COE Total Reward

Reward

The Total Reward Team is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing reward policies and compensation programmes. The team works with HR managers and other stakeholders to align programmes with Renewi's objectives.

Health Management

It is important to Renewi that all our colleagues can do their jobs safely and healthily. This is where the health management team plays an important role. They are committed to preventing absenteeism and disability and increasing sustainable employability within our organisation. We work with our case managers who are deployed regionally.
