The Legal & Integrity department helps all colleagues to keep an eye on the legal side of things in the (legally) increasingly complex markets in which Renewi is active.
Compliance with laws and regulations is important for every company, but certainly for companies in the highly regulated waste sector. A sector that wants to play an important role in making the economy more sustainable.
We do this by providing accessible, proactive and enterprising advice on, for example, contracts, tenders, takeovers and current and future legislation and regulations. Where necessary, we also carry out further research into correct compliance with legislation and regulations and internal rules, and supervise legal proceedings.
Through our work we have contacts throughout Renewi, which enables us to make connections and prevent legal problems as much as possible.
