Logistics

Working in logistics at Renewi involves planning, organising, and managing transport and logistics activities within our company. Logistics processes are essential at Renewi. All the different waste streams we collect and transport are part of this. From household waste and swill to confidential paper and hazardous waste; everything must end up at the correct recycling facilities. This way, we can convert specific waste streams into high-quality, secondary raw materials. As a logistics colleague, you help Renewi use its fleet as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Transport Team Leader

As a transport team leader, you supervise drivers and assistants, coaching them in carrying out their tasks. In coordination with the Planner, you monitor the quality and execution of the work, making adjustments where necessary. You take initiative and propose improvements that contribute to the growth of the team and the organisation.

Transport Planner

As a planner at Renewi, you work in a dynamic environment where every day is different. You are responsible for the optimal use of the vehicles and for planning routes as efficiently as possible. You stay in contact with the drivers to coordinate the schedule, and you identify and resolve any issues that may arise.

Head of Transport

In the role of Head of Transport, you are responsible for formulating departmental policies and making strategic decisions. The focus is on improving customer satisfaction and optimising logistics efficiency. In this position, it is important that you excel in planning, organising, and successfully bringing together various areas of expertise within the field.
