At Renewi, we’re looking for a Group Leadership Communications Specialist who’s ready to energise our leadership communication, organise inspiring events, and bring new communication ideas to life.

Group Leadership Communications Specialist (32 – 40 hours)
Work location flexible, 2 times a week in Eindhoven

You safeguard our core themes and help steer the strategic course. Your communication is designed to activate leaders, managers, and employees across the organisation — encouraging them to play their part.
This also means coaching and advising internal stakeholders on how to reach their audiences in the most impactful way — sometimes by taking a fresh, new approach.

You track the results and adjust where needed — because your plans are built around clear goals, and you make sure your communication efforts are measurable
You will be part of the Group Communications team, working together with a junior communications colleague — as a duo, you form one strong, creative team. You report directly to the Head of Internal Communications.

Your mission:

• Support leadership, including HR, with clear, engaging internal communication.
• Create content for intranet, newsletters, events and videos.
• Organise (and co-host) internal events, town halls and leadership sessions.
• Spot communication opportunities and test new formats and tools.
• Be a connector between leaders and teams – open, curious and bold.

What do you bring?

You are an inspiring communications professional, with courage and persuasiveness. You are used to operate in a large organisation where you work on behalf of the leadership. You like trying something new, you are not afraid to come up with ideas and advice in order to achieve results and improvements together with our Group Leaders. In addition:

• you have at least a bachelor degree;
• you have about 5 years relevant internal; communication work experience. In order to understand our organisation faster and to be able to deal well with matrix stakeholder management, it is our strong preference that you have gained this experience within a matrix organisation;
• you are an organisational talent with a drive to innovate and the courage to challenge the status quo;
• you also manage external partners when we bring them in for specific projects or tasks;
• fluent in English, conversational level in Dutch and French is a bonus.
